Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TOAST pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
